Cultural Agreements
There are some countries that offer scholarships to students with the Dutch nationality for summer courses. This is offered through a Cultural Agreement with Greece, Russia, Germany, Hungary, Israel, Poland and the Czech Republic. More information can be found on the website of the Nuffic (only in Dutch).
DC Internships
The Netherland-America Foundation has generously provided several full scholarships for students from the Netherlands to participate in our summer programs in Washington, DC. Each institute includes an internship placement, academic credit from George Mason University, and housing in furnished apartments in the heart of DC.
Humanity in Action
Humanity in Action is the name of an international programme on human rights and minorities. Each year, ten students from the Netherlands participate in this summer programme free of charge. Through lectures, excursions, discussions and assignments, students are made aware of the position of minorities and human rights violations, particularly in the participating countries.
