Deadline for application for the exchange semester in 2021-2022 is 7 January 12.00 C.E.T.
Students are advised to discuss their exchange destination with their academic exchange advisor, Dr. Marco Bontje, in an early stage.
You are required to list a second and a third choice on your application as places at the partner institutions are very limited and extremely competitive, and thus it is likely that you might not be placed in your first partner choice.
In order to be selected a strong motivation together with a realistic research proposal is important.
You'll need to list a preliminary choice of courses with your application and you need to upload motivation letters (in pdf) for the universities of your choice.
Please note: due to the current global pandemic of COVID-19, all exchange programmes have been cancelled for the entire academic year 2020-2021. At this moment in time, we are proceeding as normal with the exchange programmes for the academic year 2021-2022. However, there is a very real possibility that the exchange programmes, including the RMUS exchange programme, will be cancelled again for the academic year 2021-2022. If that is the case, we will contact you to discuss alternative option.

The partner institutions agree each year on the number of students to be hosted by the partner institutions in the following year. This means that not all destinations are available each academic year, as a balance needs to be achieved.
