If you are interested in these workshops, don’t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a Zoom invitation link:
Wednesday 9 February 2022, 16:00 – 17:00 CET
Workshop: The Erasmus+ Exchange Programme – Where to start and how to choose a destination
This workshop is meant for students who aren’t completely certain yet of their Erasmus+ destination choice, or are otherwise unsure how to find an appropriate Erasmus+ destination. We will show you how to use the Worldmap and how to find the right destination for you. We will also give you tips on how to find course catalogues at the respective destinations and we will provide you with additional valuable information (such as entry requirements, language requirements, what to prepare for, etc.) There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions as well.
Wednesday 16 February 2022, 16:00 – 17:00 CET
Workshop: The Erasmus+ Exchange Programme – How to apply and what happens after you submit an application?
This workshop is meant for students who have selected their top 2 destination choices and are now working on submitting an Erasmus+ application before the application deadline of 1 March 2022. We will provide you with information about the application form, what documents you need, how the placement procedure unfolds and what is expected of you. We will provide practical steps and show you the ins and outs of what constitutes a complete application, and we will inform you of what happens after you submit it (how are you placed, what other important matters do you need to take care of, etc.) There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions as well.
